We won a new contract in Prague 6 with sequence number 312
18 July 2019 – Four new buildings shaped like irregular crystals will soon rise on Evropská Street. Sipral will be supplying more than 18,000 m2 of glass façades, 1,000 m2 of glass skylights and almost 100 tons of steel supports and other auxiliary structures for the Bořislavka Centre project.
Once finished, the premises of the new Bořislavka Centre project by Aulík Fišer Architects will serve for administrative and business purposes. The four office buildings will offer more than 24,000 m2 of class A rentable space. The lower part of the structure, which seamlessly connects all four buildings, will offer 9,000 m2 of retail space, including a supermarket, dozens of retail units and restaurants.
